From day one, we knew we had made a good contractor choice when we decided to hire Olympic Builders Incorporated to build a second floor addition above our garage and the adjoining family room. Construction began when promised and was completed on schedule without any hiccups. The project was extremely well managed; and working with Roland who was a professional and was dedicated to the success of the project was a wonderful experience. We experienced absolutely none of the 'difficulties', that so many encounter in other contractors who don't seem to care once the agreement is signed. The addition blends in so nicely with the existing house it appears that it was there when the house was built. Thanks OBI!

Village of Brookfield

To Whom is may Concern,

It’s not that often that a person writes a letter of satisfaction.  Usually people do most of their writing in the form of complaints, but this is a letter of recommendation for Olympic Builders.  I just recently had a room addition built by this company and I wanted to write to let the village and anyone who is considering any construction that this is the company you want to work on your house….they are fairly priced, but their work is impeccable.  Their completion dates were right on target and everything was explained to me in detail.  Let it be known that this was not just a regular room addition.  The added a master bedroom, master bath, walk-in closet, and a play room for our son.  Olympic Builders and their team worked well together to get everything done correctly and in compliance with the village requirements.  I could go on for pages with the details of our experience but the truth lies in the finished product.  I encourage anyone who is interested to come by and see their work.
